SEARCH SUGGESTIONS
Using CareerTrade.net in finding the exact job you are looking for is simple!
You have the option of using quick-search from the CareerTrade.net home page, using the following steps:
1. In the box 'JOB TITLE' type the kind of job you are interested in. This includes a job position, skill or employer's name.
2. Specify the city or province you are keen in working under the box marked 'WHERE'.
3. Once steps 1 and 2 are completed, start your quest by clicking on 'SEARCH JOB'.
*A list pertaining the specified job will become available with positions within 25 miles of the location indicated.
Note: the search is not case sensitive.
Exact Phrases
To find the exact position, put double quotations around the job title.
For example: "financial analyst"
Narrowing Your Search
- Be sure to specify the location in the 'WHERE' box.
- In order to exclude certain keywords from coming up in the search, type "not" before the word you do not want.
For example: 'financial analyst NOT accountant'
- If you are looking for jobs from a particular company, state the company's name (ie: enter 'company: Google') or the specific position within the company (ie: enter 'title: marketing consultant'). Both terms can be used either together or separately.
